APEX KS Suite

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how APEX KS Suite handles information in its private Google Drive connection and in the separate Bear League screenshot submission workflow. APEX KS Suite is privately operated for authorised users; it is not an advertising platform and does not sell Google user data.

1. Google Drive data we access

APEX KS Suite uses a private rclone-based OAuth connection to Google Drive. The connection is authorised by the Google account owner. The currently used Google Drive permission can technically permit broad access to files and metadata in that account, including the ability to list, read, download, create, update, move, rename or delete Drive items.

APEX KS Suite uses that access only where required for authorised suite operations. Current operational examples include retrieving configured Drive files for Bear League processing and carrying out controlled suite file or evidence transfers. The connection is not offered as a general-purpose public Drive browser.

2. Why we use Google Drive data

Google Drive information is not used for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, data brokerage, or unrelated commercial purposes.

3. How Google Drive information and credentials are stored

OAuth credentials for the private rclone connection are stored in protected configuration on privately administered infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorised administration and automation. Drive files are copied to local suite storage only when an authorised workflow requires local processing, transfer or operational evidence.

Local operational copies, generated reports and transfer evidence are retained only for as long as the applicable suite workflow, troubleshooting, audit or security need requires. Access tokens and refresh tokens are not intentionally written into public pages or ordinary application output.

4. Sharing and human access

APEX KS Suite does not sell Google user data and does not share it with advertising platforms, data brokers or unrelated third parties. Google data may be handled by authorised suite operators only when necessary to operate, support or secure the authorised workflow, or where disclosure is required by law.

Service providers involved in the underlying Google Drive service or privately administered hosting may necessarily process technical data as part of providing those services. They are not authorised to use APEX KS Suite Google user data for unrelated purposes.

5. Google API Limited Use

The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Bear League public screenshot uploader

Bear League's public screenshot submission flow is separate from the private Google OAuth connection. When a user submits a Bear League screenshot through the Bear web uploader, the submitted image is processed and stored within the Bear League application workflow. That submission does not grant APEX KS Suite access to the uploader's Google account or Google Drive.

Bear League may retain submitted screenshots, extracted result data, review corrections and processing evidence where required for score processing, review, audit and troubleshooting.

7. Revoking Google access and managing data

The Google account owner can revoke the APEX KS Suite OAuth connection from their Google Account's third-party access/security controls. Revocation stops future access through that OAuth grant, although operational copies already created for legitimate suite processing or evidence remain subject to this policy and the applicable retention need.

An authorised user may also request review or deletion of locally held information where deletion is compatible with security, audit and legitimate operational obligations.

8. Security

APEX KS Suite uses access controls, protected credentials and HTTPS for public web content. Google OAuth credentials and private operational data are not intentionally exposed through this public website.

9. Contact

For privacy, Google data or access questions, contact the APEX KS Suite administrator using the User support email displayed on the Google OAuth consent screen or the support contact supplied directly to authorised users.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated when APEX KS Suite materially changes the way it accesses, uses, stores or shares Google user data. The current version will remain available at https://apexkssuite.com/privacy/.
